Global Reach now uses SWIFT GPI
At Global Reach, we want to ensure your customer experience is as smooth as possible, which is why we’re pleased to announce we now use SWIFT GPI. This means your business and personal payments are quicker, can now be tracked end-to-end, and gives you transparency through the transfer process.
These developments also ensure that you get all the details of your payments, and notes of any further action required on your part—for example, if a beneficiary bank needed any additional documentation—you’ll be able to see what the delay is in order to quickly rectify it. This is the most significant change in cross-border payments in the last 30 years, and we’re pleased we can offer it to our customers to give a better view of the transfer process.
