European Sustainable Finance Disclosure

Sustainability disclosure: Under the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, in its capacity of licensed investment firm that provides investment advice to clients, Global Reach Markets BV is required to consider and factor in sustainability risks in its advisory processes. A sustainability risk means an environmental, social or governance event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or a potential material negative impact on the value of the investment. 

As its business is limited to providing FX solutions for commercial (risk-hedging) and not for investment reasons, Global Reach Markets BV considers the sustainability risks for clients who consider trading with Global Reach and the possibilities to factor in sustainability in its advice negligible.
